We would like to give a special shoutout to businesses who have adapted to support their customers in a fast-changing environment. In particular, local gyms!
Alessandro (featured first) is a trainer at F45 Training, a gym in Port Chester, NY. Also pictured are some of their amazing members. Last March, amid lockdown orders, the F45 staff shifted quickly to Zoom classes to provide workouts for their members at home. Throughout the summer, they were able to operate outdoor bootcamps in the early morning hours. Finally, in September, they were able to reopen, lowering their capacity to 33% and implementing stringent cleaning protocols (including fogging and disinfecting the studio and all high-touch points) to ensure the safety of their members and staff. Members were required to wear masks and social distance at all times.
Like many gyms across the country, F45 was again forced to close their doors in November due to rising COVID-19 cases. However, after one month, they were allowed to reopen, and have continued to take extra measures to combat the virus while keeping their community healthy and strong.
THANK YOU to the staff and members at F45 Training in Port Chester for continuously adapting. Be sure to support your local gyms and fitness centers!
